From the initial property search, tour, evaluation, proposal request, lease/purchase negotiation and lease/contract preparation to the architectural drawings, estimating, construction and move in, J Kephart Real Estate assists and advises our Clients every step of the way regardless if it a space to lease, a building to buy or a site to develop.

During this process, which can be from a couple of months to a year or longer, J Kephart Real Estate manages the entire process saving our Clients critical time, money and keeping their best interests in the forefront.
